The "core questions" will be asked when creating the profile. The optional questions are necessary for treatment, but will be added separately.

  • other medical conditions (hypertension, HIV, cirrhosis, depression, diabetes, thyroid disease, cancer)
  • prior treatment history (yes/no and cured, relapse, nonresponder)
  • Genotype
  • vaccination history (Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, Flu, pneumonia)
  • liver biopsy (yes/no)

We have two options when asking the optional questions.
  1. We ask the patient to fill out the information if he is certain and leave whatever unknown questions for the doctor
  2. send the 5 questions to the doctor to log into the patient's account
