Point of care x-institutional registry: Discrete data capture solution for EHRs
  • Hosted in private or public cloud to support multi-institutional registries or as electronic data capture (EDC) tool for pragmatic trials
  • Integrated with EHR for single-sign on , data transfer and decision support 


 HealthPROMISE:  Patient-centered collaborative disease management app
  • Allows capturing of patient reported data (via tablets, smartphone apps or web browsers) to capture quality of life, quality of care and disease phenotype information 
  • This data will create longitudinal report card of various diseases which can be shared/ emailed or e-faxed to multiple providers taking care of patient 
  • Hosted in cloud and integrated with personal health record platforms like Microsoft HealthVault so any patient with a given disease can track and collaborative manage their different diseases in close partnership with their treating team

CareTrak: A standardized Recall and tracking application
  • Allows capturing of follow-up data and appointments at the point of care with custom letters or telephone encounters
  • Integrates with future appointments/schedules
  • Automates recalling patients at user defined intervals using text to speech software

ImpactHepC: A patient and provider navigation system to cure Hep C
  • Allows capturing of Hep C patient information through tablets and smartphones  and links to their providers
  • Provides treatment options and timesheet customized for that patient
  • Provides multimedia educational content embedded within patient and provider app to educate, inform and promote adherence to medications


Team4Cure: patient-centric web application for patient recruitment  
  • A suite of applications to support and track enterprise -wide patient and volunteer recruitment efforts
  • Deeper layer of integration with EHRs, social media and patient forums. 
  • Completely customizable by institutions or investigators
